Position: Board Member
My name is Chris Turner, and I was pleased to join the CCS Board in March of 2020. I am the President of a local business that operates helicopters and airplanes. I grew up in rural Iowa, and began my flying career in the Army, later serving in the Army National Guard. After leaving the Army, I flew helicopters for private companies, and ultimately combined my love of flying with my entrepreneurial drive and bought my company. We are proud of the services we provide to our customers, including the U.S. Forest Service and our military. However, my greatest blessing and accomplishment is my children and grandchildren, and especially enjoy times when we are all together.
I have been involved with CCS for 10 years, ever since my son starting attending in the 3rd grade. CCS prepared him well for high school and he now attends Fr. Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor where he is a senior. We are grateful for the friendships we have forged during our time at Cornerstone. I am honored to now serve on the CCS Board and support the mission of providing kids with a Christian education and preparing them for high school and beyond.
