What You’ll Do
 Teach core elementary subjects aligned with Michigan state standards
 Integrate biblical truth throughout all areas of instruction
 Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons for 2nd–4th grade learners
 Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
 Foster a structured, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom
 Monitor student progress and provide clear, consistent feedback
 Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with staff
 Contribute to curriculum planning and school improvement efforts
 Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
 Use technology to enhance student learning
 Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment

What We’re Looking For
 A valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (K–5 or K–8)
 Bachelor’s degree in education
 Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
 A heart for Christian education and student discipleship
 Active involvement in a church aligned with CCS’s core beliefs
 A team-oriented, flexible mindset

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
School year runs late August through mid-June
